After finding his passion for music, Marcus Alland has remained determined in his quest to turn his ambitious vision to reality. We hear about when he started taking music seriously and the biggest lesson he has learned to date.

From hobby to passion

Being passionate, consistent and in love with your craft is not something most people can say.

But Marcus Alland certainly can – with the talented figure never looking back after dedicating himself to his passion in the world of music.

While many individuals around the globe give up on their dreams and settle for a life of discontent, there are only a select few who really put everything into achieving their ambitions.

Marcus has well and truly mastered the task of shifting huge focus on the things that matter. And, crucially, in the face of adversity he continues to thrive.

He refuses to let his setbacks determine his path, instead using them to learn valuable lessons and develop as an individual.

Personal growth

Marcus started taking music seriously at the age of 16.

However, it started out as a hobby and nothing that he wanted to pursue full time.

But when he felt the passion of creating, it transformed into something bigger.

Hailing from Queens, New York, Marcus infuses hand crafted melodic beats and rhythmic semantics that grace his audience with substance.

In his youth, Marcus moved to Maryland where he discovered his passion for music. He continues to work on personal growth and enjoys sharing valuable and memorable music to the world.

Marcus, a king in his own right, is ready to take the world by storm, one song at a time. And he will be using the crucial lessons that he has learned along his journey so far to get him there.

Life lesson

The biggest lesson he has learned is to always have an open mind and not to worry about the things he can’t control.

Unfortunately, in today’s fast-paced world, far too many people concern themselves with matters out of their own hands, instead of focusing on what really matters. This is, without a doubt, a recipe for failure.

But Marcus has no issues when it comes to placing his attention where it matters.

And he has an important message to his 10-year-old self, if he could deliver a message right now.

He would tell himself to be patient, stay consistent and not to worry about the things you can’t control.

A hugely important message – and one which people around the world should take note of.
